OM System introduces OM-3 mirrorless camera and updated prime lenses
OM System has announced the release of the OM-3 mirrorless camera alongside two updated prime lenses – the M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8 II and 25mm f/1.8 II

OM-3 camera
Drawing inspiration from the Olympus OM-1 film camera, the OM-3 incorporates a vintage-style body with contemporary imaging capabilities. It features a 20.4MP sensor, is capable of 4K/60p video and is weather-sealed for durability.
The camera features a compact body with a style reminiscent of classic SLR cameras, while offering adjustable colour and monochrome profiles to allow for varied creative outputs. It also includes in-camera processing options such as Live ND/GND, Focus Stacking and HDR.
Additionally, the OM-3 is equipped with OM-Cinema profiles and extended recording functions to support high-quality video production.
All things considered, this is a camera clearly aimed at content creators, and we think it looks great.

Updated prime lenses
Alongside the camera, OM System has introduced updated versions of two of its prime lenses, which are designed to complement the OM-3’s capabilities.
The M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8 II is a wide-angle lens intended for landscape and street photography, featuring a fast aperture to enhance depth of field control.
The M.Zuiko Digital 25mm f/1.8 II is a standard focal-length lens suited for portraits and general photography, offering natural perspective and crisp detail.
Both lenses are constructed with weather-resistant materials and autofocus capabilities, making them suitable for various shooting conditions.
